At Purity Coffee, we stand behind the freshness and quality of our organic beans. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any opened bags are sealed properly to prevent spilling during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
